The action of fibronectin type III domain containing protein 5 protein is a required second signal promoting browning proteins expression in raspberry ketone-treated adipocyte. Raspberry ketone increased the level of fibronectin type III domain containing protein 5 protein and might be associated with the upregulation of heme oxygenase-1 and/or peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1-alpha.
